Order & Delivery Policy

1. Area of delivery

Currently HMR services Metro Accra Area and Tema areas. In the future, more areas will be added.

2. Delivery Days For Vegetable Box

HMR delivers vegetable boxes on specific delivery days every week. Currently, these days are Monday and Friday. Any purchase or subscription has the option to indicate on which of these days delivery is preferred. If no preferred day of delivery is indicated, the order will be delivered on the next delivery day by default.

3. Point of Delivery

Deliveries can be made to a place of residence or work/office.

4. Order deadlines.

Any order made after 4.00 p.m. on the day before a delivery day will be delivered the next delivery day unless otherwise specified.

5. Payment Method

Any order made after 4.00 p.m. on the day before a delivery day will be delivered the Payments can be made by Mobile Momo or Credit Card. All Orders are prepared upon request. Please note that fresh produce is non-returnable, and all payments are nonrefundable.

If you want a bit more of one product or swap one for another, you can contact us and we will confirm if available.

Can an order be delivered on a particular day for an event besides our delivery days ?
